    Brief introduction of the School of Tea Culture
    The School of Tea Culture was founded by Zhejiang Forestry University in collaboration with China International Tea Culture Institute. It is the only academic school in China that provides Bachelor Degree Programs of Tea Culture specialty. School aims to cultivate the students’ fundamental knowledge of management and culture,

    Training Objective
    The graduates should possess the following accomplishment and technical ability through the whole academic study.
    1. Noble and moral quality, good culture accomplishment, the spirit of tea people
    2. Systematic knowledge in management and culturology
    3. The skill of tea processing, tea sensory evaluation, tea inspection and tea ceremony
    4. Systematic understanding about Chinese traditional culture
    5. Knowledge of Chinese traditional health preserving theory

- Requirement
  • Overseas students' qualifications should be equal to or above those of a graduate from a high school in China.
  • Students should reach HSK4. If Chinese language skills do not meet the requirements, applicants may come to the university and study Chinese prior to enrollment. After completion of language study for a period of a half to one year and with approval of the university, qualified candidates may enter a degree program. Prior to the degree program students will be responsible for paying language fees. c)HSK is the HanYu ShuiPing KaoShi, an internationally recognized Chinese language proficiency test.
